It’s been a long time since I’ve had salt water, so I’ll definitely eat salt water pasta! I came to Ah Miao Pasta today, and it seemed like there were a lot of people queuing up to try it.
I ordered dry pasta, small (40 yuan), a bowl of plain noodles, springy and clear noodles, very difficult to cut with teeth 😊, and it will not stick together because it is dry.
The pork belly is all lean meat, and it is paired with a little minced garlic and bean sprouts to enhance the flavor of the noodles. It is a delicious combination for some reason.
The pork swallow cake and ball and egg soup seem to be the unique standard here, but they don't actually taste particularly outstanding. The former is like fried meat dumplings, and the latter is just braised eggs put into the soup.
The store also sells souvenirs, a variety of flavors and noodles, so you can take them home if you don’t come here!
