The whole building is clean and bright, which is great.
You can't choose the cuts of beef, but if you order multiple plates, they will distribute a fair mix of regular and good cuts, so it's pretty fair overall. The vegetables and hot pot ingredients are all quite fresh and nicely arranged, so you can just take what you want. The beef paired with the broth just gets better and better. Overall, it’s fantastic—perfect.
