錨起來喝(台北雙連店)

This Anchor Drink shop near the Ningxia Night Market is still open on New Year’s Eve. I originally thought that there wouldn’t be any open drink shops on New Year’s Eve, and when it closes at 11pm, there are actually pearls.

The selling point of Anchor Drink is that you can choose what kind of milk you want. There are a total of 5 brands of fresh milk to choose from:
Lord's favor-mellow and rich aroma
Liuying-refreshing and smooth
Chulu - fragrant and sweet
Tall - mellow and sweet
First generation - just delicious
(The adjective for a generation is a bit funny. I can’t think of an adjective? Haha)

If you don’t want to choose by yourself, the store staff can also directly help you match it~

Pearl milk tea (slightly iced and lightly sugared) $65
I chose Zhu En for the fresh milk today. The tea flavor and the milk flavor are well blended. It is a balanced taste. There will not be too much or too little flavor on either side. It is a delicious fresh milk tea.
But the pearls are a bit soft, I prefer chewier pearls

Overall, I like this kind of product that can be customized. I am very satisfied with the one I chose today. I would like to try it with other fresh milk next time.
