As soon as I stepped in, I heard very modern Thai songs playing here.
I have eaten at many Thai restaurants in Taiwan, but this is the first time I have encountered that even the music in the store is playing Thai songs🤣
At noon on weekdays, the seats in the store are still 2/3 full of customers.
First of all, I drank lemon water to quench my thirst. I didn’t feel lonely after drinking it. It had a very strong lemon taste and was very refreshing.
The dishes were served within five minutes of ordering. The aroma of stir-fried rice was steaming. Although the ingredients were not very rich, they were full of lemongrass flavor (I smelled lemongrass myself).
Pepper chicken rice is also on the table. The rice is Thai fragrant rice, which is super delicious ~ I am a big fan of fragrant rice (the kind that must be ordered in Wax
The skin of the peppercorn chicken is also my favorite. It is crispy and tastes like rice crackers (?). The chicken is also very tender. The accompanying dipping sauce should be suitable for Taiwanese tastes. It does not have too many spices and is mainly sour. hot
The most surprising thing is that the scrambled eggs on top of the rice actually taste like tea! bowl! Steam! (The above comments only represent me personally, but I really feel like XD
Next is the Moon Shrimp Cake. I was wondering if it was homemade because I saw whole shrimp pieces instead of the common shrimp paste.
It tastes very crispy and has no fishy smell. Although the dipping sauce is also red, the flavor is more sour and sweet, which complements the shrimp cakes perfectly~
I think the Thai milk tea is very cost-effective. Many prices outside are starting at 60 per cup, but this one is only 45! I haven’t added a bunch of ice cubes yet, I love it ❤️
