Hushu Zhang’s food has always been pretty stable. The taste doesn’t vary much from branch to branch. The staff are also very friendly. It’s a store I will visit whenever I can’t think of what to eat~
This time I ordered nostalgic chicken rice. Because the egg was gone, the store replaced it with sausage. When I don’t want to eat too much at noon, this size is just right for a girl. The chicken is not burnt, and the vegetables can be eaten. It is fresh, and it is not as good as the braised pork rice. A little oil.
I also ordered scallop mushroom and dragon marrow soup. It seems to be new. I haven’t seen it before. It’s rare to see dragon marrow soup outside. I specially ordered it to drink it. The dragon marrow was more than I expected. It’s a good order. The soup doesn’t taste particularly fresh or sweet, it’s just OK. I personally think it’s worth the price XD
