This dish features extremely thin egg noodles, pan-fried on one side until crispy, with a filling of lots of ingredients underneath.
The aroma and texture of the noodles were great!
The staff dressed it up in a delicious way for me ✨
They arranged it so the sauce wouldn’t pour over the crispy noodles.
There were many crunchy ingredients, like wood ear mushrooms and water chestnuts.
The noodles were crispy, fragrant, and incredibly delicious.
The sauce was thick with pork and squid, complementing the noodles perfectly.
I was able to enjoy new menu items and found everything delicious ✨
