I must highly recommend this beloved restaurant near where I used to work! Since it’s not easy to come to the area on a business trip, I decided to come back for a taste.

The meals are very economical and affordable. Some guys might feel that the dumplings are too small, so I highly recommend trying various types of noodles instead. Additionally, you must try the hot and sour soup at least once to experience the wonderful feeling of it being loaded with ingredients.

Parking in the area is a bit difficult because it's close to the local courthouse and schools.

12 dumplings + a small bowl of hot and sour soup + golden kimchi. Guess how much it costs? Only 107 yuan. The boss kindly wiped off 2 yuan, so I could enjoy such a sumptuous lunch for just 105 yuan. I was so moved that tears were flowing from my mouth. Each dumpling costs 6 yuan, the hot and sour soup is only 25 yuan, and the kimchi is 35 yuan.
Here is the translated text in English: "It is essential to have a close-up of the dumpling cut surface. The filling is chives and pork, which has a fragrance that is different from the usual cabbage dumplings. These are thick-skinned dumplings, so friends who like them should take note. Generally, I would be full after eating 10, but since these are smaller, I ordered 12. What's particularly special is that the restaurant provides garlic for you to peel and eat on your own—a blessing for garlic lovers. Additionally, it comes with soy sauce and white vinegar, and you can also add sesame oil, which is very delicious."
The hot and sour soup is served in a small bowl, but every bite is rich with ingredients. It includes cabbage, carrots, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, tofu, and eggs. When served, the boss will place the sauce on the side, allowing you to decide based on your personal taste whether to mix it all in (if not mixed, it will be somewhat like a braised soup). What's special is that it contains cilantro, and there's less thickening agent used.
Golden kimchi, my friend said it tastes more garlicky, but I might have a mouth full of garlic, so I don’t really notice it. A plate is very substantial and makes you feel super full.
Each table is provided with soy sauce, pepper powder, and white vinegar. For convenience, there's also a container for garlic skins (?), and some places offer spicy bean paste while others provide chili oil.
The kitchen and restrooms in the store are where everyone rushes in to place orders and hand over menus.
The bowl and chopsticks can be made of steel or disposable, and garlic can also be eaten together.
The small dishes include golden kimchi, pig skin, braised eggs with kelp, large and small dried tofu, peanuts, and pig ears. My favorite is the spicy dried tofu! It’s flavorful and has a kick!
