COZZI Blu Hotel in Qingpu, Taoyuan.
[Cozzi Market] The buffet restaurant is located on the second floor. It is based on the concept of a seaside pier market, allowing chefs to show their enthusiasm and professionalism and show their creativity.
The market sells autumn leaf crabs, crayfish and mussels in season, and they are only available on weekends. Come and enjoy dinner, the ambient lighting seats, and the movement of the food are very leisurely, although the meals are not as good as other dishes. There are many items, but the comfort and space of dining are important.
The raw food section - salmon, tuna, red sweetmeat, and sweet shrimp are all of good quality. I ate a lot of sweet shrimp this time. Some of the meat of the autumn leaf crab was good, but some parts were too soft.
Crayfish have very little meat and are seasoned.
The chilled part of the cooked seafood, especially the florets, has a very chewy texture. I have eaten the seafood for a while and the quality is high.
You can choose between nigiri sushi and chirashi sushi, and there are four options for hand rolls, lobster salad/shrimp roe/fresh shrimp/asparagus.
Hot food area - Freshly fried beef tastes great. Because other restaurants are tougher or hard to chew, the lamb chops look red, but they are well-done and don’t have the smell of sheep. There are many seasonings to choose from.
The truffle mashed potatoes are also amazing. After picking up the corn shoots and lettuce salad section, go around to the sashimi section to get the salmon.
The kiln-baked pizza has a variety of flavors to choose from.
There are two types of freshly cooked dishes, one is lo mein and the other is spicy hotpot.
The salad area has prosciutto salad and a variety of cheeses.
You can eat the honey pumpkin cheese.
Hong Kong style steamer section - recommend the red bean sponge cake and pearl balls.
Finally, we came to the dessert and beverage area. We had super delicious tiramisu, raw chocolate, French fudge, and a lot of cheese. The seasonal fruits were also super sweet. The Guiling paste is bitter yet delicious. People who rarely eat desserts will like the dessert section here.
