The specialty of this shop is their homemade spaghetti, so this time our main dish was spaghetti.

--- Mountain ham, sesame leaves, saffron sauce wide-cut noodles

The wide noodles are elastic and have a good texture, and the rich saffron sauce adheres well to the noodles. The chef cuts the mountain ham into thin slices, puts it on the plate and puts it on the noodles. It melts easily and blends with the noodles when you eat it. The mountain ham is also cut into small pieces, fried first, and cooked with the sauce to add to the flavor of the sauce. It is quite salty when eaten alone. The sesame leaves are so refreshing and relieve the greasiness of the saffron sauce and the saltiness of the mountain ham. When eating, I felt that the changes in bits were very rich.

--- Mussels, clams, mozzarella cheese, squid twist noodles

The sauce is well seasoned, the tomato-based sauce goes well with the seafood, and the umami flavor is cooked out. I don’t understand the mozzarella cheese, maybe it’s too big and the cheeses are all bunched together, which makes it a bit inconvenient to eat, so most of the time it’s one bite of noodles and one bite of cheese. The twist noodles are rolled together, and it seems that there is less sauce inside, and it tastes less textured. Maybe it's because I don't like twist noodles.

--- Limoncello

Sweet, with a high alcohol concentration, it is a pre-dinner drink. I myself have never had limoncello before, so I can’t judge whether it’s good or bad. Speaking from my first experience, I thought it was great and would like to drink it again.

--- Tiramisu

The tiramisu is very good, the aroma of the wine is obvious, but there is not too much alcohol taste. It tastes ice cold and very comfortable. The sweetness is also moderate.
