Currently, the most beloved noodle shop in Xiaogang has been awarded to this place. It’s cheap, serves large portions, delicious, and clean (highest rating).
Actually, you can't find anything bad to eat here, but there is still a so-called favorite ❤️. Previously it was the preserved vegetable and shredded pork dry noodles; now the new favorite is the plain dry noodles! A large bowl is only 50, but it’s filled with plenty of minced pork and vegetables.
You often see the owner stir-frying the minced pork by hand, and during meal times, the aroma is simply irresistible. ✋🏻 The minced pork is indeed one of the secrets to its deliciousness.
Next is the noodles; I, who usually favor wide noodles, surprisingly love the thin noodles here. The preserved vegetable and shredded pork noodles are thick, while the plain noodles are thin. The auntie always cooks them to a perfect chewy texture! Personally, I think dry noodles are greater than soup noodles, especially in summer when you don't want to drink that much hot soup—opting for dry noodles is the way to go. The noodles soaked in the sauce are very flavorful. 👍🏻
You must add the garlic chili from the table, which is homemade by the auntie and is also sold in the shop. Regardless of what you eat, you have to add a couple of spoonfuls; the taste becomes doubly delicious. ⬆️ Basically, that jar is passed around among everyone because everyone loves it ><
The following items are also very tasty, highly recommend! Additionally, friends recommended wonton rice, wonton noodles, and pig trotter.
