It took about 6 minutes from ordering for the food to arrive.
The coating is soaked in black vinegar, making it moist and slightly soft. The mild acidity of the black vinegar and the sweetness of the tartar sauce blend well together, creating a bold flavor that goes perfectly with the rice.
The chicken is tender, and since it's thigh meat, it has a moderate amount of fat that bursts with juice when you bite into it!
On the table, there are maximum seasoning, black vinegar, and shichimi (seven spice), allowing you to change the flavor while enjoying your meal. If you have leftover rice, you can finish it off with takana (Japanese pickled mustard greens) until the end.
I had a large portion of rice, so it was quite filling.
Thank you for the meal!
