Although the Jingzi Zhang next door seems to be more famous, I personally prefer the texture and taste of this braised pork rice.
Chicken braised rice (40)
The rice is a version with distinct grains, and with the slightly fatty braised pork, it tastes very good. It is paired with shredded chicken to make the whole bowl of rice less greasy.
Poached eggs (15)
It’s a soft-boiled egg. If you poke it, the yolk will flow out. I like it, but the store will add soy sauce by default, so if you don’t want it, remember to indicate it.
