Today I enjoyed the Tang Monk Blood Set and the Tang Sanzang Set, with a side of coriander added and the noodles changed to pepper and sesame noodles, totaling 280 yuan.
The store's ordering method is relatively complicated. When ordering a la carte, there are many different flavors to choose from along with the soup.
There are seven types of dry brine and four types of soup brine.
As for the set menu, I have never ordered dry braised food...

Tang Monk Blood Package:
The exquisite spicy stinky tofu and duck blood taste like Chongqing Malatang.
The spiciness is moderate and the amount of vegetables is good.
The white and pure Tang Seng (tofu) and blood (duck blood) have a good taste and are quite tasty.

Tang Sanzang set meal:
Secret garlic white soup, the strong garlic flavor of the soup can kill vampires 😂
A large number of vegetables and the ten-yuan cilantro of your choice are generously spread on top, which is quite spectacular.
The garlic white soup is also very compatible with vegetables, and the overall taste is very satisfying.

Chili sesame noodles:
Because the side dishes are the same, I will evaluate them once.
The noodle is a wide-rolled Guanmiao shaved noodle type, with a very chewy texture. The moderate pepper and sesame seasoning is tightly grasped by the noodle, and the sauce is quite harmonious with the noodle.

Overall, the meal was delicious and the price was very good.
This is a store that people will visit again and again.
I've taken it out at least a dozen times, it's really cost-effective and delicious.
