Huangjia Sausage is located on Quanzhou Street near Section 1 of Tingzhou Road, and the surrounding traffic is quite inconvenient.
However, just by looking at the long lines, you can tell that this place is definitely delicious. It took me an hour from the time I started queuing until I got my food and left.
Today, I enjoyed freshly grilled sausages, priced at 40 NT dollars.
I also bought two skewers of raw sausages for a Mid-Autumn BBQ, but I won’t include that in the total.
Freshly Grilled Sausages:
The charcoal aroma of these sausages is incredibly rich, a flavor that can only be experienced with freshly grilled ones.
A lot of fragrant meat juices infused with wine are perfectly sealed within the sausage, and when you take a bite, it bursts in your mouth, so be careful not to burn yourself.
The shop offers freshly peeled garlic, and there are also garlic cloves you can take home to peel yourself, which is thoughtful and convenient.
How can one enjoy sausages without garlic?
The shop also sells raw sausages that can be purchased directly without queuing.
I've heard that you can request the shop to grill them to medium rare first?
I’m not too sure about this; perhaps I’ll try it next time.
It is said that grilling them to medium rare can help seal that intense charcoal aroma in the sausage to take home.
Overall, trying it once will definitely not lead to regret; it is just that tasty.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, I will specifically come to buy raw sausages as ingredients for the BBQ gathering, currently with zero negative reviews.
When the weather is nice, the queue truly gets very long, and now and then, you’ll see pigeons coming to chase away parking cars.
If you plan to drive here to enjoy the freshly grilled sausages, please make sure to park your car properly nearby.
Highly recommended to everyone!
