【Zas Student - What to Eat】
Today, I went near Zhongzheng Riverside Park
to Huang's freshly grilled sausage stand.
This place only sells grilled sausages, and the business is booming.

As soon as we walked by, everyone had a sausage in hand,
and they were willing to stand by the roadside to eat grilled sausages.
There were also 2 to 3 people working as the grill masters,
with their hands never stopping to prepare the sausages.

★ Thoughts:
Actually, I seldom eat grilled sausages,
but after a friend's recommendation, I happened to pass by and decided to give it a try.

I really liked the fresh garlic!
Eating grilled sausage paired with raw garlic.
I rarely eat raw garlic because I'm afraid the taste will linger in my mouth,
but this time, taking a bite of sausage and a bite of raw garlic,
the garlic toned down the strong flavor of the grilled sausage,
but the sausage also suppressed the raw spiciness of the garlic.
Sure enough, fresh ingredients can truly bring out flavors!

Personally, I don't have many memorable points about sausages,
but the long line of people and the garlic left a deep impression on me.
