Taipei Neihu & Dahu Park - Self-service vegetarian restaurant with pricing by weight. The dishes are varied and the ingredients are fresh, highly recommended if you want to eat a lot of vegetables. They also offer preserved radish omelets, so ovo-lacto vegetarians can also get protein!
The plate I picked cost a total of 250 NT dollars. Although it seems expensive at first glance, it actually contains a lot of food, full of vegetables and whole foods, and I enjoyed eating it. You can have a very balanced diet with many types of vegetables!
Additionally, if you want multigrain rice, it costs an extra 15 NT dollars, and there are various grains available for a healthy meal!
Soup is available for free, containing vegetables and tofu, with plenty of ingredients, and it's very tasty!

▶️ Overall evaluation
🔹 The variety of dishes is great, and the quality is good! Since it's priced by weight, you can take a little of everything and enjoy a rich variety of vegetables! Highly recommended! Because of the weight-based pricing, if you want to save some money, you can choose less watery dishes (or shake off the vegetable juice before picking, XDD). This place is recommended for friends who love eating vegetables or are vegetarians!
