Neihu, Taipei - A long-established breakfast restaurant that has been standing for more than 30 years. The price of a copper plate is very high!
📍Mixed fried noodles + egg NT$40
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘
Teppanyaki noodles are very common in breakfast restaurants. Comprehensive fried noodles is a double sauce combination of mushroom sauce + pepper sauce! You can ask Auntie to order half-boiled eggs, which are fried just right! The half-boiled egg liquid mixed with the iron plate noodles is very rich and delicious!
📍Scallion pancake and egg NT$35
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
This scallion pancake is not oily, it is dry-fried, and the skin still retains a crispy texture, which is really amazing! You can taste the aroma of eggs and green onions. There is soy sauce paste on the side for dipping, but this soy sauce paste is really salty, so be careful when dipping it! All in all, 35 yuan is a lot for a serving, and the CP value is very high!
▶️ Environment
🔹There are 2~3 tables for four in total, and the dining space is acceptable
🔹There is no air conditioning, it is semi-open. It is a bit hot in summer, but there is an electric fan to blow it.
🔹Only disposable tableware is provided, and disposable chopsticks will be provided with the meal
🔹Meals are placed on plates with plastic bags, which is considered hygienic, but not environmentally friendly (probably because they don’t want to wash the dishes XD)
▶️ Thoughtful reminder
🔹 Only open until 11am!
🔹 Cash only
▶️ Overall evaluation
🔹 Different from chain breakfast restaurants, this is a very unique local breakfast restaurant. It is located in a mysterious alley. You may not find it if you don’t look carefully. There are two proprietresses handling the meals, they are fast and very friendly. The point is that the price is cheap and the food is delicious! There are set meals priced at NT$55. In this era when everything is rising, it is not easy to find such a high CP value restaurant!
