I started from a small noodle stall with no decoration and now has two shops. It is my favorite noodle shop. I have tried almost all the items. I recommend the mutton & chicken the most.

The soups are all stewed, with the sweetness of radish. It is recommended to order the ones with meat. The soup will be richer. You can refill the soup for free, but no extra gravy will be added. The noodles are thick round ramen noodles with a chewy texture.

The side dishes are self-service and there are quite a few choices. I recommend tripe, kelp, kimchi, and vegetarian chicken, which I get almost every time.

Mutton Ramen (Small) $120
The portion of mutton is very generous, almost covering the noodles
The extra mutton flavor in the soup is a plus!
But if you are averse to the smell of sheep, you should choose carefully. The smell is too strong.
It is recommended to add spicy oil for a richer taste. Although it looks red, it will not be very spicy.

Chicken Ramen (Small) $65
In addition to chicken, there is also pickled mustard and shredded cabbage
The taste is relatively refreshing with a little sweetness
Although the chicken tastes a little on the spicy side, the overall performance is still great!
