In recent years, besides the traditional and common chain pizza shops, there have been more and more pizza places with different styles and flavors, some owned by foreigners and some that have learned from abroad. Many of these have good reviews and each has its supporters. This one is a New York-style thin crust sourdough pizza, with American-style decor and format, and no seating, so you eat while standing. The overall atmosphere is very chill.
The 20-inch pizza is cut into 8 slices, and you can choose your favorite toppings. The variety of ingredients and flavors is quite rich. This time, I tried the bold flavors of spicy maple bacon and Reuben spicy meat. The sweet and spicy maple bacon pairs unexpectedly well, and the Reuben spicy meat is quite unique in flavor, although it is a bit richer in taste by comparison. It would probably be even better when paired with beer.
