He is friendly to the guests and cares about what the guests think of the meals. If you book a table in advance, the boss will only open a few times to ensure the quality of the food.
The blackboard menu will also be updated frequently with new surprises. In particular, the stewed rice has rice centers, which is really rare. Many restaurants in this price range in Taiwan do not get the essence of the stewed rice.
