At the end of a busy week, I happily rode Odumox
On the way home, I suddenly passed by this house

I have the impression that this house has been sold for at least 20 years!
The boss and his wife insist on kneading the dough by hand every day
Freshly cooked, watch the oil in their pan carefully
All very clean! Every pancake is fried at low temperature!
Their menu is very simple and only sells three flavors
Each price is the same, even for regular customers.
Buy 5 or 10 pieces!
Today I bought the signature shredded radish cake!
It was still very hot when I first got it, and I could smell the strong aroma of the cake through the paper bag~ I quickly took a bite!
The shredded radish pancake is fried until golden and crispy on the outside, the moment you bite into it
It’s really crunchy~ The crispy texture combined with the sweetness of the shredded radish inside is really satisfying to chew~
The filling is seasoned with a moderate saltiness, and the slight peppery aroma brings out the sweetness of the shredded radish!
There is also a little bit of minced meat in it which adds to the taste!
This is the little blessing in life~
This is a copper plate gourmet snack restaurant that I will visit again
Recommended for those of you who also like to have some snacks after get off work~
