Tonkin Specialty Coffee

This coffee shop☕️ was recommended by a local Vietnamese friend!
The location is not that easy to find. It feels like a secret little cafe.
There is only a small signboard downstairs
You have to go upstairs to see the very eye-catching coffee shop design
After entering, someone will guide you to find a suitable seat and sit down.
Then bring up an IPad-style menu for selection…
I came to try it today. It’s a must drink when you come to Vietnam~

❤️Eggs🥚Coffee
It is said that the birth of this coffee ☕️ was due to the shortage of milk 🥛 at that time. So people here used egg yolks and condensed milk to make it taste like milk cap! Indeed, I also think that the layer on the egg coffee is like a milk cap. But the difference is that our Taiwan milk cap is refreshing and a little salty, while the milk cap here is very rich, stringy and sweet. !
If you usually drink coffee and are afraid of bitterness, you may think it tastes great~ But if you usually drink latte or American style, you may feel more like you are eating dessert.

❤️Salted egg yolk croissant🥐
I originally expected that the salted egg yolk in the middle of this croissant would flow out... I didn't expect that the salted egg yolk in the middle was slightly condensed and the taste was not fragrant enough, and it was even too sweet! Although the outer layer is crispy, the inner filling is too disappointing and cannot be recommended!

Overall, I don’t think there are too many surprises that I would recommend! Basically, you can drink individual types of coffee leisurely. After all, the coffee is used very well... but there are not many reasons not to miss the other parts!
