On weekdays, you can just sit down without waiting in line if you arrive by 17:00.

They ask whether you want the soup flavor to be normal or light.
Small plate of char siu
It looks super hot when it just arrives.
The staff kindly provide napkins and remind us to be careful with the hot food.
It's really delicious when hot, cooked just right.
The mayonnaise isn't very evenly applied; some pieces have it, some don't.
However, it can be quite oily once it cools down, so it's best to eat it while hot.
Chicken broth ramen
It has seaweed, two types of char siu totaling three pieces, and a whole egg.
The soup is quite standard.
There's a lot of noodles, almost too much to finish XD.
The noodles are a bit on the soft side.
The egg yolk is a little overcooked, but the egg itself is very tasty.
I personally prefer the darker char siu; the lighter one tastes a bit dry.
For a bowl priced at 200 NT dollars, it offers good value for money 👍.
The staff also check in on the taste of the food when serving and after we finish eating.
They are willing to help adjust if needed.
