This place is Q Grandpa's handmade dough and egg pancake, located near the Fangliao Market in Zhonghe. It's low-key yet clean and tidy. The dining area even has air conditioning, making it quite comfortable to enjoy a hot and steaming egg pancake in the morning while enjoying the cool air.

This time, I ordered two portions of egg pancakes:

Tuna Onion Egg Pancake $50
As soon as it was served, I could smell the aroma of tuna. The filling is generous, and the onions maintain their crispness, providing a rich texture. The pancake is cooked just right, with a slightly crispy exterior while still being chewy overall. It pairs well with the rich tuna filling, making it best enjoyed hot.

Corn Egg Pancake $40
This is a more classic and safe option. The sweetness of the corn complements the egg nicely, but it’s a bit oily overall, leaving a sticky feeling on the lips after eating.

The pancakes here aren’t the kind that are fried to be super crispy; they have the unique chewy texture of handmade egg pancakes. The texture feels like a mix between an egg pancake and a scallion pancake, and you can really tell it's freshly made. The wall even offers a variety of flavors to choose from, such as cheese, Korean kimchi, meat floss, and Thai basil… Next time, I want to challenge myself with the two-color cheese-pulling egg pancake.

Overall, the prices are reasonable, the environment is clean, making it an ideal place to enjoy a filling egg pancake to start the day.
