Business Hours:
Although it is announced to open at 10, in past visits, I found that they actually start business around 11-11:30. Friends who are planning to come can arrive a bit later!
Meals:
The meat in the braised pork rice is not as soft and melt-in-your-mouth as that from famous restaurants. Instead, it has a very chewy skin with lean meat that isn’t dry at all. I think even those who are hesitant to eat fatty meat can give it a try, as it doesn't have that mushy, unpleasant texture when biting into fatty meat. Eating the braised pork rice on its own is quite good, but!!! You must add the side dishes on the table (I don’t know the name, but it has beans and green onions). This combination makes it the ultimate braised pork rice~~~ very salty and fragrant, it significantly upgrades the dish, and it's a combination I haven't seen at other places so far.
Additionally, they have other side dishes that are also nice. Typically, I order the meatballs and braised cabbage. People who like them can order more based on their taste.
Lastly, I also want to recommend their soup. In the summer, it is bamboo shoot soup, which is very sweet and the bamboo shoots are quite tender. I originally thought about trying it just to see how it tasted, but it turned out to be unexpectedly delicious!
