林家芋泥球

Afternoon Tea1 ppl$35

I originally planned to take a ride back to Taipei after having a full meal.
But I want to say that I have to pass the Chenghuang Temple, how can I not eat the authentic food of Hsinchu, so I stopped here for a while.
I can't hold much in my stomach. Fortunately, most of the places here sell snacks.
After choosing one out of ten, taste the Lin’s taro balls recommended by almost everyone.
As a taro lover, I really have high expectations! ! !

The small stall sells three items
Original taro balls $35/Cheese taro balls $50/Sweet potato balls $50
I admire the price in Hsinchu because these taro balls are really huge😲
The kind where the taro paste will overflow if you squeeze it a little.
It has a grainy texture and doesn’t taste empty.
The best thing is that the boss lady’s ingenious idea is to add honey🍯
The overall sweetness is very natural and does not steal the spotlight from the taro paste, but it is still subtle.
I think the proportions go well together. It is indeed a store that everyone recommends.

Although when I ate it, I thought: Hmm! Delicious and fragrant, that’s all
But when I returned to Taipei, I immediately missed the taste and went crazy 🙂‍↕️
One day I might really go to Hsinchu for this taro ball...
Do you think you can try the cheese flavor next time? (But everyone says the original flavor is the best!)
