The store that went viral for "1 yen soft drinks" is opening a new location of Genka Bistro Cheese Plus, which has several stores mainly in the Kansai region, in Nishi-Kujo on October 13. I went to a reception ahead of the opening 🧀.

The store is named Genka Bistro Cheese Plus Nishi-Kujo, and it is located very close to Nishi-Kujo Station on the JR Loop Line and Hanshin Electric Railway 🚃.

The building is two stories and very clean ✨.

It might be unique to this restaurant, but I was happy that focaccia was unlimited to eat 🥯.

Hot Egg and Ham Chicago Pizza 🧀🍕
I had the opportunity to try a hearty slice of Chicago pizza 🍕. It was super rich with plenty of white sauce, cheese, and a hot egg mixed together 🧀. The crust had a perfect thickness and was tasty with the sauce 🧀. It paired perfectly with the ham 🐷. This is incredibly delicious, so ordering it is a must 🧀!

Domestic Burrata with Bolognese Pasta 🍝
The pairing of burrata cheese with Bolognese sauce was fantastic and really tasty 🧀.

It was loaded with shrimp, and the cream was rich and super delicious 🍝.

Cheese Plus Selected Lean Steak 🐮
The lean meat was tender, rich, and satisfying to eat, very delicious 🐮.

Quattro Cheese Fondue 🫕🧀
I enjoyed the hot cheese fondue with

  The rich cheese melted perfectly; it was extremely good 🧀.

French Oden 🇫🇷🍢
The daikon in the oden was topped with a sauce containing porcini mushrooms, beautifully fusing Japanese and French flavors, it was delicious 🍢.

Reverse Affogato ☕️
I poured warm milk over coffee ice cream 🥛. It turned into coffee milk and was sweet and delicious ☕️.

It's reasonable, delicious, and fills you up 🥰. Cheese lovers especially should definitely go! 🧀
