Fuhang Soy Milk is a must-eat breakfast when you come to Taipei. Although I know it will take a long time (and I got up early), during popular times, I still have to queue for an hour!
This time I ordered:
-Egg pancake: Q-flap pancake crust, seasoned only with salt. How can adding an egg bring out the green onion flavor in the pancake crust? It’s delicious!
-Thick pancakes sandwiched with eggs and fried dough sticks: The only place where sesame cakes can be made into thicker slices of toast is in Fuhang. The fried dough sticks are crispy and not greasy, and the combination with green onions and eggs is really enjoyable!
-Shredded radish shortbread: The crispy texture and enough pepper seasoning bring out the taste of traditional food!
Overall, the portion size is quite solid, and the textures of various crusts can also bring out the uniqueness of this item. The combination is indeed the attraction of Fuhang.
