🔆🔆 Farming Notes-Hunan Cuisine 🔆🔆
Come to Shenzhen again and eat Hunan cuisine again😂😂😂
There are really many Hunan cuisine restaurants in Shenzhen. Although Hunan cuisine is spicy, it goes well with the meal and makes people want to eat it.
This time I came to Nong Geng Ji, a famous chain restaurant in Hunan. The decoration is very old-fashioned, after all, the emphasis is on local cuisine~ When you come in, you will be served a cup of scented tea and let you rinse your mouth.
🔱 Classic Hunan stir-fried pork
A must-order dish in Hunan cuisine, stir-fried black pork with chili pepper, as much oil as you want, as fragrant as you want, enjoy it~
The stir-fried pork here tastes pretty good, I recommend it.
🔱 Preserved egg with red pepper
Another classic dish, using a wooden mallet to pound preserved eggs and green chilies, it doesn’t look spicy, but it is the spiciest among them, and it tastes delicious.
🔱 Taro Pork Ribs
Soft and glutinous taro paired with pork ribs is a classic Hunan dish and one of the few things that is not spicy 😂😂😂
🔱 Fried dough sticks
Fried fried dough sticks with sesame seeds in the middle, delicious.
Overall, I personally think Nong Geng Ji is slightly inferior to Chef Fei's, but it still deserves four stars. The rice 🍚 is not as soft as Chef Fei's, so you have to buy it separately.
But Nong Geng Ji also serves Hunan cuisine that tastes pretty good, with moderate spiciness (currently). Why do we say current? Because I still felt hot when I woke up this morning⋯⋯🥲🥲 If you have a chance, you can try it!
