Incredibly delicious, this dish is really great! It’s rare to see balsamic vinegar paired with cream. I don’t like creamy pasta, but the combination of cream and balsamic vinegar in this restaurant is perfect. Yes, the role of cream makes the overall taste mild and soft, without being sour and choking! Another thing I like very much is that the hardness of their noodles is perfectly controlled, hard but not overcooked! I will definitely come here next time I'm going to try their other pastas again! This one was a little greasy in the end, probably because the sauce base is cream, but overall I think it's really great, and it's definitely this. One of the must-eat meals at home.
