In my opinion, "Haoshi Guo Shao" is definitely among the top five places for pot-burned noodles in Pingtung. I've been back many times, and the broth is refreshing, lightly sweet, and not greasy at all; I can finish it without feeling burdened.
What really adds to the experience is the sous-vide chicken breast, which is completely tender and not dry at all; it surprisingly pairs well in the pot. The business is always good, but the owner is still very friendly and greets every customer warmly.
In addition to pot-burned noodles, they also offer oden and fried snacks, making it ideal for those who want to quickly solve a meal without eating something casual. If you love pot-burned noodles, I highly recommend you give this place a try.
