Location: Wujie Township, Yilan County
One of the most famous teppanyaki restaurants in Yilan with a no-menu concept. The second floor is filled with celebrity signatures, which makes it clear that this restaurant is really well-known. Overall, I felt that the service was excellent. The seafood dishes were very fresh and delicious, but I personally found them a bit lacking in finesse. The shrimp were served unpeeled and not deveined, and the delicious grouper wasn't deboned either. 😂
However, it really offers great value for money because there are a total of 13 courses, not including dessert and drinks. So I feel that the ingredients are fresh, and the prices aren't too high. If it could be a bit more refined, I think it would be even better.
Here are the dishes I particularly liked:
🌟 Seafood Puff Pastry Soup
Super delicious!
They suggested eating the puff pastry separately. I personally prefer to put it in the soup, but I still tried it their way. It didn't taste as oily as the ones served elsewhere, but I still like to mix it in. The soup was fragrant and tasty, with the seafood also being good. 😋
🌟 Seafood Cheese Shrimp
I heard this is their signature dish, and I was very much looking forward to it. 😊
It was truly delicious and unique! The shrimp were very fresh, and the seafood and cheese sauce on top paired perfectly. I highly recommend this dish!
