The rib snack shop is a chain that specializes in crispy ribs, and there is also a food truck at the Siwei Road night market that is only open on Sundays. In addition to crispy ribs as the main product, there are choices such as meat strips, braised chicken, and grilled squid.

The crispy ribs themselves have a crunchy exterior, while the meat inside is slightly sweet and retains its original juices. However, it might taste a bit cold since it has been out for a while.

I’m not sure if it’s because it’s at a night market, but a 100 NT dollar pack feels quite small, reminiscent of the 50 NT dollar packs from before. So, it might be okay for a little snack, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to fill up, as it could end up costing quite a bit.

The fried squid itself is quite large, but I'm not sure if it has been soaked in any chemicals. It is said that those that have been soaked tend to be thicker.
The freshly cooked squid strips look pretty good.
Even in the night market in Taitung, more and more customers are choosing mobile payment. So many businesses can scan codes.
Although it says three items for 100, they are all quite small, so they don't provide much satisfaction.
