🚩Geographical location🧭
It is located at the A7 stall on the 2F of the Fish Direct Sales Center in Nanliao Fishing Port, Hsinchu. You can see it when you go up the middle staircase; but the signboard seems to say Yujie and the menu says Bifang, so just use Bifang!

🪑About the overall atmosphere🎡
There are plenty of seats, and the indoor air-conditioning is turned on. If you don't come in the afternoon, you can open the blackout curtains to see the sea view. In the afternoon, it will be very dazzling because of the western sun. There is a small wash basin and ice cream outside for self-service.

💰The part about price💰
We went to 1F to buy live seafood before we came here to cook for customers. The cooking fee for customers seems to be 100-150, depending on the cooking method; because it is paid by family members, I don’t know the price; the seafood bought downstairs is about 2,800 yuan. Ordering 6 plates will cost you about 3,400!

🍴About the meal☕
You can tell the store how you want it to be cooked. This time we had shrimp, oysters and clams all made into two dishes, steamed in original flavor + stir-fried in sauce. After handing the purchased seafood to the store, the meal was served very quickly, and the taste was in line with our requirements. The shrimps are super plump and pop in your mouth when you eat them. The steamed oysters can show the fresh flavor of the sea, and you can drink the steamed clams underneath. The soup is super original, with almost no seasoning added. Taking a sip feels like soaking in sea water; but it is too salty to drink too much. I read Google reviews that this restaurant seems to be slow in serving food, expensive and not full, but for the valet cuisine, I give it full marks. The taste is very consistent with our requirements.

🤨Conclusion♥
There are many restaurants on the 2F that can serve valet meals, but it is written that they do not accept valet cooking during holidays or when there are many people. I think it is very cost-effective to buy seafood downstairs and have it cooked by the store. It is very filling for five people. There is no problem of not having enough to eat; I will continue this pattern next time I come here.
