Xinzhuang is quite famous for its stinky tofu noodles.
Shang Xinzhuang is the main store and Xia Xinzhuang is the branch store.
The Xiaxinzhuang branch is located at the intersection of Sanjiachong. The shape of the entire store is similar to a triangle, which is quite unique.
Today’s takeaway is spicy stinky tofu pot and stinky tofu, totaling 140 yuan.
The seasoning of the Spicy Stinky Tofu Hotpot is quite good, with a high level of spiciness but not too much.
The fermented flavor of stinky tofu is quite strong, and it goes well with the spicy seasoning. Unfortunately, this pot does not have starch, otherwise I would be very full just from this pot.
The a la carte stinky tofu is divided into two types, the triangular crispy tofu that is fried until golden brown or the square soft tofu that is not fried. The fermented flavor of soft tofu is stronger. I usually eat this.
Of course, it doesn’t mean that crispy tofu is not delicious, but I just choose soft tofu.
Kimchi has moderate acidity, and if you eat more, you can even feel a little sweet in the background.
For internal use, you can freely use chili or minced garlic in the sauce bar.
Overall, the noodles are mediocre, so I didn’t order them this time.
But the stinky tofu series products are definitely worth trying and recommended to everyone!
