A grilled oyster restaurant very close to Chiayi Dongshi Fisherman’s Wharf.
It's a grilled oyster restaurant, and their stir-fried Taiwanese food is also pretty good! And what’s amazing is that the food is served very quickly. Shumate’s father just sent out the menu, and the food came within 5 minutes.

The first dish was sakura shrimp and cabbage. The dish was quite fresh and tender, and tasted like a hotpot. As a food lover, I took one bite after another.
Then there are several fried items (fried oysters, moon shrimp cakes, shrimp rolls, golden sand shrimp balls). I think their fried items are well fried, the fried powder is not coated too thick, and they are golden and crispy.
Fried oysters are delicious when dipped in pepper, but I also dip them in tomato sauce for shrimp rolls and Thai sweet and sour sauce for moon shrimp cakes.

This time, I ate a lot of fried food due to my friend's father's hobby, so I will focus on this. The other dishes (fried beef with green onions, noodle soup with chicken oil, and seafood soup) will not be a surprise when you order them, so you can rest assured.

We didn’t order the all-you-can-eat grilled oysters this time, but other tables ordered it. The price of 200 per person seemed to be a good deal~ I think it’s a good choice when traveling to Dongshi, Chiayi. 🌻 We also look forward to sharing our experience of grilled oysters with fellow foodies.
