While attending a competition at Ming Chi University of Science and Technology, I found a nearby pasta shop for lunch, and this time I ordered Thai Fusion.

This Thai-style pasta is cooked just right, maintaining a little bit of chewiness without being too hard. Toppings include bacon, bratwurst, chicken, bell peppers and broccoli. The Thai sauce tastes like white sauce with coconut milk and red curry. It is slightly spicy with a hint of sweetness, which is very appetizing in the hot weather.

The store offers free soups, including corn chowder and tomato and vegetable soup. The tomato vegetable soup was sweet and sour and appetizing, while the corn chowder was very rich and tasty according to my friend.
