I absolutely love mazesaoba ❤️
I went to a fantastic mazesaoba restaurant at a Japanese dining place in Nakazakicho 🍜
The restaurant is called "soba MAREN Nakazakucho," which is located just a short distance from Nakazakicho Station on the Osaka Metro 🚃
It had a stylish atmosphere, so much so that you wouldn't think it was a mazesaoba shop 🥰
You had to purchase meal tickets and then place your order 🎫
The restaurant had counter seating and table seating, and on the table, there were condiments for changing the flavors like:

Niboshi vinegar 🐟
Special soy sauce
Black pepper 🔥

I ordered the char siu soy sauce mazesaoba (with mini rice) 🍜 for ¥1,200 🍜
When the mazesaoba arrived,
It had medium-thick noodles 🍜
Soy sauce sauce
Rare char siu 🐷
Cubed char siu 🐷
Chicken char siu 🐔
Egg yolk 🥚
Chopped onions 🧅
Chopped menma 🎋
Daikon sprouts 🌿
Mitsuba ☘️
And it was all so beautifully presented 🤩
The noodles are made from a blend of domestic wheat "kitahanami" and whole wheat flour rich in dietary fiber, vitamin B1, iron, and more 🍜
They were chewy, satisfying, and delicious 🍜
The soy sauce had garlic in it, making it more junky and rich than expected, with great flavor and it was delicious ✨
I broke the rich egg yolk and mixed it in to eat 🍜
The yolk mixed in added richness and smoothness, making it super tasty 🍜
The rare char siu was big and tender, and when eaten with the sauce, it was incredibly delicious 🐷
It was also delicious to eat with the noodles 🐷
The cubed char siu was tasty when mixed well with the sauce and egg yolk 🐷
The chicken char siu was light on its own, but when combined with the sauce, it turned out really tasty 🐔
The chopped onions were slightly cooked, crunchy, and tasty 🧅
The minced menma had just the right crunch and was delicious 🎋
The daikon sprouts were crunchy and had a nice kick, making them tasty 🌿
The mitsuba had a refreshing flavor that was delightful ☘️
While it was delicious as is, I really changed up the flavors too‼️
The spicy sauce was suitably hot and I'd recommend it for those who love spicy food 🔥
The niboshi vinegar had a refreshing taste mixed with seafood flavor that was delicious 🐟
The special soy sauce was made from soy sauce from Shodoshima, making it richer
The black pepper was nicely spicy and enhanced the flavor, making it yummy 🔥
After finishing the noodles, I added the mini rice 🍚
The sauce and ingredients mingled together, making it super delicious 🍚

And it was still great together ✨
By the end of the meal, I felt refreshed and it seemed lighter to eat‼️
It was incredibly delicious and I was very satisfied 🥰
Since I had a late lunch, it was around 3 PM when I left the restaurant, yet there was still a line forming‼️
It's that popular, so I recommend being prepared to wait if you go‼️
I was also curious about other menu items, so it's a place I'd like to visit again 🍜
