The noodles are very good, but a bit soft. There is a lot of sauce, but it is all meat sauce, so there is a little less meat.
Although the menu says blanched vegetables, I think it feels more like stir-fried vegetables. The garlic flavor is strong and the vegetables are not too soft. The miso soup is sweet, and there are kelp and tofu!
If you don’t particularly want to eat any snacks, you will probably come here again for noodles!
