-Strawberry tart-The tart crust is a French mille-feuille tart crust, but the bottom layer is not layered. Only the tail part has obvious layers. The tart crust is quite satisfactory. There are slightly sour strawberries and roasted caramel almond slices on top. The almond slices are large and full of sincerity. There is a layer of blueberry jam and pulp in the middle. The most amazing thing is that it is paired with cream cheese sauce, which makes the overall taste slightly sour but not greasy! The filling of the almond tart is quite satisfactory, at least not too sweet. The overall combination is very refreshing and not greasy. It feels good.
