I went to the new location of Dios Maralatan, famous for its mala tang, which is opening its fourth store in Jyusan! 🔥
Dios Maralatan:
The ingredients are on the first floor, and seating is on the second floor. ✨
You choose your flavors and put the ingredients from the case into a bowl and take it to the register, then wait for the bell to ring. 🔔
The service speed is quick!!
I went with the spicy mala tang 🔥.
For the noodles and ingredients, I used three types of noodles:
Sweet potato glass noodles, beef tendon noodles, and egg noodles. 🍜
The ingredients I selected were:
Shrimp 🦐
Soup dumplings 🇹🇼
Chives dumplings 🥟
Chewy dumplings 🥟
Crab miso balls 🦀
Soft cabbage wraps
Boiled eggs 🥚
Bunbohja
Lotus root
Tai sai 🥬
Pak choi 🥬
Young corn 🌽
Wood ear mushrooms
Shimeji mushrooms 🍄🟫
Inca no mezame potatoes 🥔
Red algae
Yuba
When the mala tang arrived, it had a fragrant aroma of spices, and the red color was prominent!!
At first, I thought it might not be too spicy, but then the heat kicked in‼️
For those like me who are not great with spicy food, I recommend going with no spice!!
The sweet potato glass noodles were chewy and slippery and delicious. 🍠
The beef tendon noodles were thick and very satisfying. 🍜
The egg noodles were smooth and chewy. 🍜
The shrimp was plump and tasty. 🦐
The crab miso balls had a nice, bouncy texture and were delicious. 🦀
The soup dumplings and dumplings were very satisfying. 🇹🇼🇨🇳
The bunbohja was super chewy. ✨
The red algae, wood ear mushrooms, and other mushrooms were crunchy and tasty. 🍄🟫
The Inca no mezame potatoes were sweet and delicious. 🥔
I had a little rice 🍚.
I ate it plain, but those who enjoy spicy soup were pouring soup over their rice. 🔥
Rice is also free for refills. 🍚
I had tea to relax my stomach, which was available. 🍵
They also offer snacks, sweets, and coffee. ✨
While there are long lines at other restaurants, this place is still a hidden gem, so I recommend it to those who don’t want to wait in line‼️
They have started a delivery service, and you can pick up your order while at the restaurant (available through Uber Eats).
Currently, it is available at the Shinsaibashi, Nishi-Umeda, and Jyusan locations.
