"Cao Da Xian" focuses on boiled and pan-fried dumplings, but the texture is rich like soup dumplings, with the filling locking in concentrated and juicy meat juices, making it hard to stop at one bite. The seasoning of the dumplings is just right, even without dipping sauce, they're incredibly tasty. However, the store does offer white vinegar and soy sauce for customer preference. Although the menu doesn't have many items, every dish is stunning. The only slight regret is that the prices are a bit high, but overall, I highly recommend everyone to come and taste them, or you could buy frozen ones to cook at home!
