Eat it with shrimp crackers for a great appetizer

My friends and I were very confused when we ate the crab meat spring rolls haha
I don’t know where the crab meat is, but I can only say it’s a delicious spring roll.

Barbeque rice noodles is a famous North Vietnamese dish
Soak the meat balls and slices in the sweet and sour sauce
Eat with rice noodles
I would say this is a dish that you can order or not at THE EAST.
The ones outside are more fragrant, cheaper and more delicious

Crispy duck looks interesting
It's hard to find ducks under a pile of grass
This was what I was most looking forward to
But the skin is not crispy at all, the sauce is quite sparse and there is nothing memorable about it.
I can only say that Taiwanese roast duck is even better.

The beer is delicious! I really like Vietnamese beer
The bubbles are cheap and super fine. I’ve tried several of them and haven’t found any that taste bad.

Would recommend to come again if there are more than 4 people
Or maybe you have special requirements for the environment and want to eat all the specialties of North Vietnam at one time
This is also a good choice.
However, the Michelin recommendation in North Vietnam still feels quite ordinary to me.
