It is basically not difficult to find a hotpot restaurant in Ximending
This aspirational hotpot🍲 is actually a chain store!
It is actually located in a very conspicuous location in Ximending.
I actually made a reservation before I went there.
But when I was actually in the store, I didn’t feel there were too many people.
Maybe it’s more necessary to make a reservation during holidays!

For meals, the three of us ordered a set meal for two.
There will be three different meat plates 🥩 and a comprehensive hot pot dumpling 🥟
Of course there will also be dishes
Overall, if it's a bird's stomach, it's actually enough.
But if you are particularly good at eating it, you may want to add some other meat!

For the soup, we ordered a peppery pork belly 🐷 and a spicy flavor
The pepper pork belly soup actually made me a little disappointed
I didn't feel the aroma of pepper
But the pork belly part is very tender and delicious!
The spicy part also made me a little disappointed. Although we ordered mild spicy
But I feel like it doesn’t taste spicy
I was hoping for a little more hemp and fragrance.
Compared to their duck blood and tofu, there is no spicy flavor.
This is something I think needs to be strengthened

Next comes the part of selecting external materials.
There are so many choices in the sauce section! You can make different dipping sauces according to your own preferences
The Haagen-Daz ice cream next to it also has a lot of choices.
And it’s very fresh, not too hard!
If there is anything you can’t dig out, you can also find service personnel to help!
It’s quite a considerate service!

Overall, I would probably only go in again if there was really nothing to eat.
Otherwise, there is no place that I really feel I would recommend!
