太初麵食りょうり

There is currently only one beef noodle shop under the Karuizawa Group on Gongyi Road in Taichung and no branches.

The store is elegantly decorated and mainly sells common types of beef noodles and Chinese side dishes. This time I enjoyed tomato beef noodles. The soup has a very rich spicy aroma, and the sourness of the tomatoes makes it appetizing. The meat is soft and tasty, and the portion is ample. The spicy duck blood also performed quite well, with moderate spiciness but full of spice, which was different from the noodle soup.

This restaurant is quite crowded during dining hours. Although the price is not cheap, the dining atmosphere and the taste of the noodles definitely make it worth visiting frequently.
