Zhenfang Charcoal Toast is a chain breakfast restaurant. This restaurant is located at the triangular window at the intersection of Chang'an East Road and Tianjin Street. There are not many seats in the store, and many people choose to order online first and then come for takeout.
I don’t know why there are so many foreign customers in this branch. More than half of the entire store is occupied by Japanese, European and American customers. Judging from the expressions on the faces of foreigners, they must be satisfied with their food.
In addition to charcoal-grilled toast, Zhenfang also sells egg pancakes, which are powdered egg pancakes. As a fan of powdered egg pancakes, I have tried them before and found them not very good. They were too thin and the powdered rice pancakes were not seasoned well, so today we only have Ordered toast
Pork, egg and cheese sandwich $75, spicy meat, egg and cheese sandwich $75
The contents of both are special toast, homemade mayonnaise, hand-beaten steak, cheddar cheese, and Dawu Mountain eggs. The only difference is that the spicy meat and eggs are added with ancient hot sauce. This hot sauce is only salty and not spicy at all.
The inside of the toast is coated with butter or mayonnaise, which enhances the overall aroma. In addition, it tastes slightly sweet. I originally thought there were sugar granules, but later I guessed it might be the sweetness of mayonnaise. The eggs are fried very tender, which is good. Eat; the hand-made steak is not too thick, but it tastes good.
Black tea milk $55
The drinks here only come in one size, and you can’t adjust the sweetness. The black tea milk tastes slightly sweet and uses milk from a fresh dairy farm, which is quite delicious.
Overall, Zhenfang's sandwiches are delicious, and the milk tea is also delicious. However, the portions are too small, so the price seems to be on the high side, and the CP value is not high. However, because the taste is good, I believe I will still come here occasionally in the future.
ps It is a pity that this store also provides disposable tableware for internal use, which is not very environmentally friendly; because it is a semi-open kitchen, if you use it inside, you will smell a bit of oil smoke.
