Char siu rice, although it's in a big bowl, it's not really that big. 🤣 The mayonnaise is sweet and delicious! The char siu on top has been torched, giving it a smoky aroma and a hint of charred flavor, which gives it a “grown-up” taste. 😂 Personally, I'm okay with this charred flavor. The overall seasoning is still quite good, and before I knew it, I had finished it!
As for the ramen, we ordered two different types today. One is something like yuzu lemon (I forgot the name), and the other is the signature Hakubukomen. The lemon has a subtle fragrance, with a lingering slightly sour and refreshing sensation, paired with a light broth—very delicious! 😋 Sorry, that’s all I can think of to describe it, it’s really good! 🤣
The Hakubukomen has a rich broth! You can definitely taste ingredients like nuts in it. The torched tofu skin is super tasty! Oh right—this time there were incredibly plump dumplings, also very delicious!
I had come to this place before when I visited Taichung, and this time I returned again, still feeling very satisfied and reminiscing about it.
I think both vegetarian and non-vegetarian friends should give it a try!
