🍜 You can eat Bib Gourmand clam and scallop ramen at Narita Airport! There’s also a special collaboration with a famous Mapo tofu restaurant!

At Terminal 2 of Narita Airport, I found this place that had a sign saying it has been recommended by Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years. After checking, I found out that this is a collaboration between two restaurants, and the one recognized by Bib Gourmand is the ramen shop with clam broth.

The overall decor of the airport shop is very trendy and minimalist, unlike typical ramen shops, it even has a bit of a gastropub vibe.

Although the Candle House is also famous for Mapo tofu, my friends and I opted for ramen. When it was served, I was amazed by the golden, clear broth; the whole bowl looked elegant and beautiful, topped with two lightly seared scallops.

The clam broth is sweet and fresh, and the noodles are slightly thinner, perfect for this refreshing flavor. After eating half, you can add the condiments on the table to change the taste, and the special grape olive oil is very aromatic!

Chopsticks and napkins are stored in a drawer, so feel free to help yourself after your meal!
