The overall taste of the meal was a bit salty, but the portion size was quite generous. The 90 NT dollar goose meat noodle soup had a lot of meat, which was tender, and the goose had a nice flavor. The broth was enhanced with goji berries, giving it a slight sweetness that I personally enjoyed. The steamed vegetables were also a substantial serving.
I was a bit disappointed with the goose oil fried egg; the soy sauce on top was too salty, making it hard to appreciate the fragrance of the goose oil. I would consider coming to this restaurant when I feel like having goose meat.
