Today I'm going to try "Texas-Mexico Fried Chicken" which I have never tasted before. The name of the store even dares to write "fried chicken" directly. It must be a product that I am proud of!

It is said that Texas Mexican Fried Chicken started its business in Gongguan, and later moved to Tianmu, and then opened several branches one after another. The branch I visited today is located on B2 of Beijing Railway Station, in a food court-like place, next to the August Tang, Jiguang Xiangxiang Chicken, Xianhedao, etc.

I once saw a blog calling Texas-Mexico Fried Chicken "the most delicious Taipei Fried Chicken" and said that their fried chicken is marinated with 7 kinds of sauces. Anyway, I was very moved by this. Come to dine with high expectations

The conclusion is that I personally think it is too salty~~~ Is this the effect of marinating with 7 kinds of sauces? Even someone like me who loves strong flavors and fried food finds it too salty, especially the fried chicken skin. I usually like the skin of fried chicken very much, but today it was a bit salty and I didn’t want to finish it. The psychological burden was a bit heavy, and I needed it. Drink a lot of drinks before you can continue eating fried chicken
However, the chicken is really well processed, the juice is locked in, and the meat is not dry.

Contents include onion rings, potato chips, and American-style battered French fries.
If you have onion rings, give them a thumbs up first, because I love onion rings so much. Their onion rings are made from real onions, not fake ones; the French fries are a bit thicker (compared to McDonald's) and taste pretty good. It’s just French fries, nothing special; some of the potato chips taste good, but they still feel too salty.

There’s nothing much to say about the drinks. We chose lemon black tea, which tastes like the carbonated drink machine and tastes the same as McDonald’s.

Overall, maybe my expectations were too high because of online reviews, which led to a little disappointment. I felt that the fried chicken was not that amazing. I didn’t think it tasted better than other fast food restaurants, and the price seemed to be higher than others. The fast food restaurant is high (?), and the dining environment in the Jingzhan store is not very comfortable (there are not many seats, there are many customers, and there will be people walking around all the time), so the chance of me returning in the future is not very high
